End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to the keepm Application ("Application"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GRANIT LABS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Application.

keepm is available exclusively on the Apple App Store. Your access and use of keepm may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Apple Inc.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses:

• •Sell, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application
• •Copy or use the Application for any purpose other than personal use
• •Modify, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application
• •Attempt to derive the source code of the Application
• •Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

We collect and process the following types of data:

• •Account Information: Email address, Apple ID, authentication data
• •Receipt Data: Images, extracted text, merchant information, item details
• •Usage Data: App interactions, preferences, analytics
• •Subscription Information: Payment status, subscription level
• •Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, locale
• •Error Logs: Service errors, operation details, and diagnostic information (no sensitive data)
• •Learning Data: Item naming corrections and preferences used to personalize your experience

The Application uses artificial intelligence and OCR technology to process receipts and provide analytics. You acknowledge that:

• •AI-generated results may not always be 100% accurate
• •We are not liable for any misinterpretations or errors in data extraction
• •The service uses OpenAI GPT-4 Vision for receipt analysis and data extraction
• •Processing may involve temporary storage and transmission of data

The Application provides optional FDA recall alert functionality that attempts to match your purchased items against FDA recall databases. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •Recall alerts are provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and are not a substitute for official FDA notifications
• •The matching system uses AI/LLM technology and may produce false positives or miss actual recalls
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of recall information
• •You should always verify recall information directly with the FDA (fda.gov) or the recalling company
• •We are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from reliance on or failure to receive recall alerts
• •Recall data is sourced from public FDA databases and third-party sources which may contain errors or delays
• •The absence of a recall alert does not mean a product is safe or has not been recalled

THIS FEATURE IS NOT A SAFETY GUARANTEE. If you suspect a product may be unsafe or recalled, contact the FDA, the manufacturer, or seek appropriate medical attention immediately.

The Application may provide price tracking and comparison features. You acknowledge that:

• •Price data is extracted from your receipts and may contain errors
• •Price comparisons are approximate and for personal reference only
• •We do not guarantee price accuracy or represent current market prices
• •Price insights should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions

The Application uses machine learning to improve your experience, including:

• •Learning your item naming preferences to provide better categorization
• •Using embedding technology to match similar items across your receipts
• •Personalizing tag suggestions based on your usage patterns
• •This data is stored securely and used only to improve your personal experience

When you contact support or submit feedback, we may collect:

• •Your message and selected support topic
• •Device information (model, OS version, app version, locale)
• •Recent error logs from app operations (service name, error type, timestamps)
• •Your user ID for account verification

Error logs do not contain your receipt images, financial data, or sensitive personal information. This diagnostic data helps us troubleshoot issues and improve the Application.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• •Data encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• •Secure cloud storage through Firebase
• •Regular security audits and monitoring
• •Access controls and authentication measures

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have certain rights regarding your data:

• •Access your personal data
• •Request correction of inaccurate data
• •Request deletion of your data
• •Export your data in a portable format
• •Opt-out of certain data processing
• •Withdraw consent at any time

keepm offers the following subscription options:

• •Lite Plan: $6.99/month - 50 scans per month, up to 10 accounts via Plaid
• •Standard Plan: $7.99/month - 100 scans per month, up to 10 accounts via Plaid
• •Premium Plan: $15.99/month - 300 scans per month, up to 15 accounts via Plaid
• •All plans include: OCR processing, data extraction, bank account linking via Plaid, and advanced analytics
• •Individual receipt size limited to 10MB per file
• •Unused subscription scans do not roll over to the next billing period

Additional Scan Packs (no subscription required):

• •10-scan pack: $0.99 - Add 10 additional scans
• •20-scan pack: $1.99 - Add 20 additional scans
• •30-scan pack: $2.99 - Add 30 additional scans
• •40-scan pack: $4.99 - Add 40 additional scans
• •Scan packs can be purchased at any time and never expire

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store account settings.

The Application provides limited sharing capabilities:

• •Share individual receipt images through standard iOS sharing options
• •Export receipt data in JSON or CSV format
• •Sharing does not transfer receipt ownership or subscription privileges
• •You are responsible for any receipts you share outside the Application

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

• •Receipt Data: Stored for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days
• •Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• •Analytics Data: Anonymized after 12 months
• •Payment Information: Handled and stored by Apple, not directly by keepm

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANIT LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time for violations of this EULA or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• •Your license to use the Application immediately terminates
• •You must cease all use of the Application
• •You may request deletion of your data
• •Certain provisions of this EULA will survive termination

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan.
